A judge in Arkansas has ordered President Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden to appear in court to answer questions about his alleged laptop. The order was issued by Circuit Court Judge Holly Meyer in the midst of a custody battle between Hunter Biden and former stripper Lunden Alexis Roberts over their daughter.

The judge reportedly made the order after Hunter Biden’s attorney could not confirm or deny if the laptop in question belonged to Hunter. The laptop has been the source of controversy throughout the Biden administration and Hunter’s lawyer sought to block an expert witness from testifying about financial records found on the laptop. Judge Meyer then asked Hunter’s lawyer if the laptop was his client’s, to which the lawyer replied, “Not my client’s laptop as far as I know,” adding that Hunter Biden has “never accepted that that’s his laptop.”

Hunter Biden and Roberts proved with a court-ordered paternity test that they had a daughter together. Last year, Hunter Biden went to court to have his monthly child support payments lowered, which prompted the current legal battle. The Biden White House has excluded the child from the Christmas stockings that it displayed, and Hunter Biden is reportedly trying to prevent the child from being able to use the family’s surname.

The judge has now ordered Hunter Biden to appear in court to answer questions about the laptop. It is unknown when the court hearing will take place or what questions Hunter Biden will be asked. It is also unclear what implications the laptop will have on the custody battle between the two parents.

The Biden administration and Hunter Biden have yet to comment on the judge’s order. The order for Hunter Biden to appear in court is the latest development in the ongoing custody battle between the former stripper and President Joe Biden’s son.
