Former Disney actress Gina Carano has taken aim at Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy in response to a recent “South Park” episode, accusing Kennedy of recycling successful films with woke characters. Carano, who was dropped by Disney in February 2021 for her controversial social media posts, praised the “Joining the Panderverse” episode created by Matt Stone and Trey Parker.
In the episode, Kathleen Kennedy is depicted as a character who takes successful films and recycles them with the inclusion of minority women and woke characters. The show humorously portrays a group of Disney executives, including Kennedy, expressing confusion about their declining box office performance despite their attempts to cater to a broad audience. Disney CEO Bob Iger suggests they need to “pander harder” and introduces an ancient Disney artifact called the “panderstone” to continue making the same movies while appealing to everyone. However, in the show’s fictional world, Kennedy turns the stone too many times, tearing a hole in the multiverse.
Carano responded to this clip by predicting that Kennedy would attempt to suppress any YouTubers who shared and laughed at the episode, disable the thumbs-down option to avoid negative feedback and mobilize her publicists to run hit pieces on the “South Park” creators. Carano also accused Kennedy of using her online following to label the creators as racist, bigots, and transphobes and demanding a public apology, followed by a re-education course featuring members of the LGBTQ+ community.
This is the part where KK demands any YouTubers get censored off of YouTube for sharing and laughing at this hilarious episode, she’ll have YouTube disable the thumbs down option because of the ratio she’ll receive, then she’ll have her publicist ghouls make sure Variety and… https://t.co/CMgASHQBgz

Carano’s criticism of Kennedy concluded with a suggestion that the public might be growing increasingly aware of these tactics. The actress, who was dropped from Disney, made a comeback with her first feature film, “Terror On The Prairie,” produced in collaboration with The Daily Wire. This film marked a return to the spotlight for Carano, who had previously been cut from Lucasfilm’s popular series “The Mandalorian” due to a series of controversial social media posts.
