Recently, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi appeared on MSNBC for another interview.
Nancy Pelosi’s recent appearance on Biden’s favorite news show sent a clear, yet subtle, message: this isn’t over. Despite the president’s public declaration of his decision to run for re-election, Pelosi’s comments on “Morning Joe” indicated that there’s still some uncertainty about his candidacy. Her strategic timing, suggesting that Democrats wait until after the NATO summit to revisit the issue, added a layer of intrigue to her words.
“It’s up to the president to decide if he is going to run,” Pelosi remarked during her MSNBC interview. “We’re all encouraging him to make that decision because time is running short.” This statement highlighted a sense of urgency, signaling that the clock is ticking for Biden to solidify his plans.
It’s weird to me that Nancy Pelosi agreed to go on @Morning_Joe if she didn’t, really, have anything new to say about Biden.
I assumed she would say “he’s our guy.” But, she didn’t.
Which, I suppose, is the point.

Pelosi’s comments came at a pivotal moment in Congress. Biden has faced ongoing challenges in quelling public discontent over his nomination, despite his firm stance outlined in a letter earlier this week, where he confirmed his intention to run and criticized “elites” questioning his decision.
Her suggestion to delay the decision until after the NATO summit seems aimed at giving Biden a moment to potentially shift the narrative and garner more support. This international meeting, which the White House hopes will mark a turning point, could play a crucial role in swaying Democratic opinion.

Later in the day things got even more intense when ABC News reporter Rachel Scott caught up with Pelosi.
Scott asked Pelosi a couple of times if Biden should stay in the race and Pelosi flipped out.
“Am I speaking English to you? I’m not gonna be making any statements about any of that right now in the hallway,” the former Speaker of the House said.

Dems may be sick of the topic but it sure as heck not going away.
Completely legitimate questions from @rachelvscott.
But this is where Democrats are. they are sick of the topic and they’ve discovered they have little sway over Biden, even though many think he cant win, and he’ll lose the Senate and W.H. for Dems. https://t.co/9JxiRqtXOT
