According to a screenshot shared by Musk, a 2021 Associated Press article revealed Biden’s plans to prioritize giving legal status to millions of immigrants. Musk’s comment was clear: “Biden’s strategy is very simple: 1. Get as many illegals in the country as possible. 2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority – a one-party state.”
The numbers speak for themselves. In December alone, more than 302,000 illegal aliens were encountered at the southern border, setting a record for the highest one-month total in history. This is a direct result of Biden’s policies, which have effectively created a magnet for illegal immigration.
But what is the motive behind this strategy? Musk argues that it is all part of a cunning plan to secure a permanent majority for the Democratic Party. “That is why they are encouraging so much illegal immigration. Simple, yet effective,” he tweeted.

Even criminal charges, convictions, or gang membership are not enough to warrant deportation, according to written guidance from Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas. Only “a convicted axe murderer” would meet the criteria, according to Musk’s snarky comment.
As a staunch supporter of legal immigration, Musk clarified his stance, saying he is in favor of increasing it significantly. However, he vehemently opposes the flood of unvetted illegal immigrants into the country, a sentiment that any rational person would share.
Musk’s comments come at a time when the U.S. is facing a humanitarian and security crisis at the southern border. Yet, the Biden administration continues to turn a blind eye, refusing to acknowledge the consequences of their open borders policies.
